Floors Etc. is an absolute wonderful flooring company. Floors Etc. came highly recommended and they lived up to the recommendation. In addition to clean and neat personnel, clean and neat work habits, attentive to customer requests, on-time, they do what they say they are going to do and are extremely skilled at their craft. The did not damage anything in our home. We met several personnel and each were as pleasant as the previous. We used Floors Etc. to help us help a Veteran and her family, replacing old carpets that aggravated their respiratory issues. The Floors Etc. team were truly amazing, very professional and thorough. Our Veteran was very pleased with the products and services provided. We will definitely be using Floors Etc. again in the future!

I don’t know how my experience with Floors Etc. could have been better. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I had carpet removed from 2 rooms and a large closet and the new hardwoods are a very good match with my original floors. My new floors are beautiful!
