I scheduled an appointment here with my son hoping to get help and a diagnosis for him. The provider Jenna Gimmler canceled on us TWICE at the last minute. I take time off from work to meet these appointments and my son misses school as well since they can’t ever seem to have appointments after 2pm and won’t reschedule him for over a month out! It’s very unprofessional and upsetting. Will be seeking services elsewhere.

I am the epitome of a hurt mother. I assisted my daughter in making a counseling as she had been referred to this organization. I had a wonderful gentleman who was helping us and I had to get more information that he requested. When we called back he was going to lunch, and the lady who answered, stated that she would help us . Little did I know she would do anything but help us. It is an incredible place, my greatest respect and gratitude to the counselors Alejandra R. and Maria M. May God bless these beautiful people and continue to use them to transform lives, they helped my family so much, my heart is eternally grateful
