Family Houston

Family Houston has been stabilizing Houstonians in crisis since 1904. We see and support families who find themselves living somewhere between deep poverty and the middle class - and we have a plan to help. We know that every week thousands of hard-working, fully-employed Houstonians forego heating or cooling their homes, buying necessary medication and even groceries, and they still cannot make ends meet. 1. We stabilize the crisis by helping people access all the support they qualify for - like Medicaid or SNAP. 2. We quip people with life skill through employment coaching and financial coaching. 3. We empower people to hope for the future by offering professional counseling services regardless of a family's ability to pay.
