I wish I could give her 0 stars. I booked her for a sew in maintenance, and per her website, the cost for that is $65. The morning of my appt, I called to confirm my appt and they told me everything was set. An hour before my appt, her receptionist calls and says that my appt would not include a wash/style and just tightening — despite her website saying otherwise. I told the receptionist I needed it washed/styled, and that I booked the service based on the listed description. She puts me on hold and says they’ll do that, and mentions nothing about the price. I was called at 10:14am to confirm my appointment at 10:30am, I arrived early and the associate asked me what I needed done to my hair! I told her I needed a simple haircut and “if” there was time I would get a wash/style but I mainly needed a haircut! She then went in the back room and comes back to tell me “The stylist won’t be in today, she’s at school” !! I simply replied “So I drove all the way here for nothing??” and she said YES!!!! I then asked her well WHY ARE YOU HERE… & WHY DID YOU CALL TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT & and most of all WHY NOT TELL ME THIS BEFORE I EVEN GOT THERE!!
