My wife and I visited a couple of weeks ago and Roland Mitchell helped us walk through a variety of products from four or five manufacturers. He helped us settle into one brand that fit our price point and needs, then we took off on vacation. When we returned, we were ready with final decisions and Roland helped us by answering a few questions and allowing us to field test a drawer microwave. His gentle guidance and low-key approach sold us on FBS as the place to purchase our new kitchen appliances. I cannot say enough good things about Roland and his help.

FBS Appliance has demonstrably superior Customer Service! I had made an unfortunate mistake and ordered a gas dryer in an LG tower when I don’t have a gas supply. (Yes, my wife was justified in her humorous criticism of my technical prowess!) Roland Mitchell, my sales representative saved me from a serious $500 restocking charge and found me an Electrolux tower with an ELECTRIC dryer that I could simply swap out. That “above the call of duty” service has won FBS a life-long customer in my wife and me! Two months later: we unboxed our dishwasher and found the front panel dented…see photos.
