Dr. Nguyen and his staff have made my annual eye exams something to look forward to. The courteousness, helpfulness, and overall way they care for me as a patient is exceptional. Being in a large city like Houston, this office makes it feel like a small town that actually cares about you.

I had a great experience visiting Eye Impact for my first time. I did an annual eye exam along with a contact fitting. Everything went smoothly and I was never kept waiting. Great service and a beautiful office. Will definitely be back if I ever have any eye concerns or when it’s time for my annual exam. Dr. Nguyen is great at what he does and I appreciated his explanation behind every action during the exam.

We love Eye Impact! I found them through Yelp in 2022. The only problem was-- they had my email wrong in their system all this time. Which is probably why I never got follow up annual visit notifications. When you arrive, their doors are locked and they need to let you in. You'll be asked to wash your hands upon arrival. The place is clean and well kept. The staff are super friendly and professional. One of the front desk lady's dog is always there just laying around looking super cute and very friendly.
