Great place! I was really anxious but when I walked into the entrance, I was greeted kindly by the people at the front. Zania noticed my anxiety and helped me calm down. She was kind enough to bring me water from the vitamin shoppe. I already started loving that place since the people in it are so kind and compassionate. When my 2:15pm appointment started, DeNae let me vent without any judgment while waxing my eyebrows and it wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be; I came out with free samples given to me, looking nice and feeling more relaxed than when I came in. The staff is great. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. My associate DeNae is amazing. At this point, i consider her a friend. She walks to front and get me and we instantly click. We talk non-stop and she’s has the best personality. We talk like best of friends and she makes sure I’m comfortable and not in pain. She does a great job and i wouldn’t trade her for the world.

Imari is my “go-to” girl! I have very sensitive skin and the heat from the wax can be too much sometimes. Imari always has the wax at the perfect temperature, is gentle, clean, and efficient with her strips and makes the experience less painful. I Highly Highly Recommend her.
