Service was fast, as there was no one else in the waiting room. Reception lady was nice, as well as the doctor. My only complaint was that upon leaving, both the doctor and receptionist told me I did not owe anything and I was good to leave. Later I was hit with a bill for my visit. Of course, I have no problem paying for the visit, but it would have been nice to get that communicated when leaving. Even if they had to run my insurance and wait to see what the charges would have been, they could have said that. Instead, I was under the impression my visit was fully covered.

Everything about my experience here was amazing! The staff were all very friendly and professional. I am not sure of my doctor's name, but she got me back on my feet to be able to go to work one day later. She also recommended a vitamin supplement (which worked super well!) to take with my medication to prevent a side effect I've had to deal with every other time I took antibiotics. I had almost no wait time since I booked an appointment online. The copay was also much cheaper here with my insurance compared to other urgent care centers. Anytime I get sick, I'll be coming here!

I visited 12/23/23 around 1pm. The front desk guy was so nice and welcoming. Every urgent care I attempted to go to on this day were so rude, already fed up and unwelcoming. This place was the opposite, he made me feel so comfortable. Although I couldn't be helped for my chest pain due to no ekg machine at the office, I was put in a better mood just by his presence. Thank you for that. Being nice and having patience goes a long way.
