Second time coming here and I LOVE this nail spa! Carmen is always so greeting and welcoming and is all about making her customers feeling comfortable! Although Izabella, i believe that’s her name, did my nails the first time and I loved the application! lasted me a month! She takes her time and communicates with you on what’s best for your set, and is a great listener when it comes to details! I had to come again and she did not fail me this was my second set with her🩷
It seems like every time I get a pedicure they miss a step, I even massaged the lotion on my legs once.. and when you say something they’re like “oh!” or give you an attitude.. Other than that, make sure to make an appointment in advance to ensure you get serviced quick. The nail service is very good though!
Visited this location for the first time and I was highly satisfied with the services received for a shellac manicure and pedicure. Technician Isabella did a very good job and I will definitely be returning.
