Simply lazy, packages come all the way from international carriers and then these guys sleep on them, all they have to do is to hand them to local carriers, how hard could it be and why the packages are sleeping days in Houston before they move to the next step!
My package has been over there for 5 days and still hasn’t made it said my package would be delivered by November 5 it’s the 8 and no package like what’s the hold up and the tracking barely updated
Package arrives in Houston and 4 days later has still not been delivered to USPS for delivery. There is simply no excuse for management that poor. Any other shipping company in the nation would be firing people at that point.
