Only gave this place one star as I could not leave a comment giving it zero stars! Really the most unhelpful customer service I have experienced in some time by both men on two different days. I paid $60 for express UPS envelope addressed by my bank and gave the guy the exact envelope complete with address and zip code as printed by the bank. When I tracked it two days later it showed in warehouse pending further info. Four days later it is still in the UPS Warehouse. I returned to the store and was met by another unhelpful assistant who kept putting the blame on me. In 20 years I have dealt with many postal services and this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The owners of this establishment are RUDE and unaccommodating to say the least. We opened a corporate account to receive mail and they have refused or returned mail on numerous occasions. After I paid them to notarize the requested 1583 form they still keep stamping mail "Return to Sender". They have caused my clients to question the validity of the address. Awful customer service. Rude rude rude ........over the phone. Just plain rude. Incredible to believe that in this day and age a company will speak to customers like that. Pretty incredible stuff. Don't waste your money or time.
