I called the salon today to see if they had any appointments. The owner (Denise) said she would call me back and she did. It just so happened that someone cancelled with Isabella and she was available. She lives quite a distance away but she came in anyway. I'm so glad I took a chance on this salon because Isabella is awesome. She took her time and was so meticulous not to damage my hair. She was amazing!! She did a complete overhaul on my hair without even cutting it because I didn't want it cut. The color came out perfect and was exactly what I have been wanting for a long time. I cannot say enough how much they deserve this 5 star rating. When I called to make an appointment, I was able to come in that afternoon for a consultation, and when I got there, Isabella was able to fit me in that same afternoon. I got my hair washed, colored and cut. The whole time I was there I felt like I had been a client for years when this was, in fact, my first visit. The final results were so lovely I wasn't sure it me in the mirror. I'm also looking forward to the services of the nail and waxing ladies. They are all women helping women, each one independently operated but sharing the warm, welcoming space. Will definitely be going back.
Absolutely fabulous! Treated me with kindness, and it was my first time there! I will certainly be going back, OH, and I got a great haircut, she listened to me and didn't over cut like some salons do.
