My issue is for practice management. If you are a LONG time patient with a doc ( Schmidt), and he retires, contact his patients. We are out here wondering what to do, if anyone cares.
"Mr. XXX, Dr. Schmidt retired. We'd like to keep you as a patient (customer), and Dr. XXX is who we would like you to see for your next appt. Would you like to schedule that now? Or, we do have your records for pickup if you decide to move to another doctor. Not hard guys...a little customer consideration. You would keep more patients

as nervous as i was going in, dr nguyen put that to rest. he was very professional and personable. i literally never felt a thing. even the stitches were amazing. i really can't say enough about the doctor AND his staff.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were always kind and welcoming. Denise and her assistant discussed all of my options with me and I wasn’t pressured into making a decision on what treatment I wanted. They made sure I was comfortable during the procedure at all times. It’s only a week later and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
