I always look forward to going to Dermatology & Laser Surgery Center. Customer Service is amazing. The front desk staff are always friendly yet very professional. They greet you with a smile. When you call for appointments or products they are there to help. The doctors are amazing - knowledgeable and up to date with the most recent techniques, procedures, and equipment. They will give you honest opinions about what you need. The assisting nurses are also amazing. I would highly recommend this practice.
My wife and I both have been treated a number of times at Dermatology & Laser Surgery Center over the last five years and praise Dr Heather Richmond for delivery of high quality care and expertise. We consider this practice to be one of the top in Houston. Their supporting staff are excellent as well as a caring and very competent front office group led by Alicia. We would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone for their dermatology and cosmetic needs.
Dr. Friedman used Fraxel laser to treat scars on knees and we couldn't be happier with the results after four treatments. Friendly and professional staff. It was well worth the drive.
