I have went to her before for a long time and she has always done a good job but this time it makes me feel like I don't want to come back. She used to deep condition my hair take her time detangling my hair and babying it with product because that's what my hair needs. This time she didn't do any of the above and she yanked chunks out of my hair didn't and use any leave in product or anything during the whole service. And it was slow in there so I don't understand why she was rushing. She barely rinsed out the conditioner and it wasn't until I snapped that she stopped being rough. My hair feels dry and thin and fragile now. Even after wrapping it and putting some moisturizer in it. When before my hair would be silky soft leaving the salon. My advice to you Jackie is put some care in how you do people's hair or don't do it at all. You used to do a wonderful job. Please go back to doing so.

I've been letting jackie do my hair for about 3 yrs now! And she does my hair PERFECT every time. Whether i want it straight or with light curls! My hair grows! Nobody touches my hair but her! I'm also natural and her treatments don't mess up my hair, it last for about 2-3 weeks and I get compliments every time.

Jackie dyed my daughter's hair for her wedding. She did an aweful job. Her hair turned out yellow and texture got worse due to putting her under dryer while bleach was setting. Then when it was all said and done, she didn't ask if she could try to fix it and charged us full price. To add, it seems the business is about quantity not quality as we were there for 4.5hours. Needless to say, we will not be back.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
