The atmosphere is great. The people are very nice but the service that I received was not OK. I got a pedicure done and the way that she cut my nails. Specifically, my toes were away where she cut the sides and made them pointy so when my nails start to grow, in my skin. I have had plenty of pedicures, but this place made my nails so bad. I had to go to a different location and go through so much pain for them to remove the ingrown toenails that were hurting me so much. Please pedicures are not OK there.

Ahhhhh, the worst. I saw the worst rating of 3.8 in the area, but it looked the cleanest. I got a mani/Pedi. Pedi was deluxe. It was $70 total, and I tipped $15. I thought it was a decent job until I had to come back the next day. The polish didn't cover my toes. I think the older lady needs glasses. The fingernails were streaking and uneven. I did like the shape tough. The chairs were amazing. I brought my own refreshments cause it's Texas and hot. I was there for about 2 hours. I honestly felt that it was a good experience, just the older lady's attention to detail was lacking.

Everytime I would go it's always a wait. I live literally 7min away. Everytime I would call I'm told there is no wait. Or a 30min wait. When I arrive there's about 3 people ahead and turns into a 2hr wait. Sometimes they'll sit you in the chair with your feet soaking for 20 - 30min because they are busy with other customers. By the time they come over to me, the water is cold.Service: Pedicure
