I want to sincerely thank Cypress Creek Funeral Home and Mr Cesar for the care and support they gave me and my family during one of the hardest times of our lives. They were professional, kind, and compassionate from start to finish. They took care of every detail and provided a beautiful and respectful funeral for my mother. Handled all aspects with care, compassion, and professionalism. From picking up my dad at my mom's home, to allowing my mom time to sit with him, and giving her the opportunity to say goodbye. We were kept fully informed of the cremation process as well. When I went to pick up his ashes, the funeral home set up a beautifully appointed private room. During a time of grieving, Robert and his staff went above and beyond, exceeding all expectations.
