Custom Door Restoration

We called Custom Door Restoration because they installed our mahogany door 30 years ago. Jose came over and we think his father built our door that many years ago. We wanted to restore the finish and change the leaded glass to double pane safety glass. Jose told us he could do this and we settled on a fair price. His workmanship was akin to his fathers. Jose at Custom Door Restoration did an amazing job. We priced out about 3 vendors with Jose being the last. Cost was on par but his customer service really sold my wife and I. We toured his shop, talked with him about his process and sought recommendations on the wood species. Worth mentioning, of all the vendors, his warranty was hands down the best. Anyone willing to provide that backing of their product is solid. He provided multiple stain options mostly due to our indecisiveness. We removed a single door and installed a custom double front entry. We are extremely happy with his work and customer service and won’t hesitate to use him again with our future projects....read full review
