I recognized the technician Leo from the heating tuneup service late last year. Leo has always been very patient w/ all my questions and is super knowledgable about his craft. I was given an electronic report on my current system and a cost breakdown for a more efficient system. I’d always recommend these guys, for sure.

Alejandro was fast, efficient and very informative. They came same day and got me back up and running. Would definitely recommend and if I have issues in the future I will be using them.

Gustavo was wonderful. I truly appreciate all he did. It wasn't fun to live basically in one room for over 3 days, but it was bearable. You should be proud to have such an employee. I only gave you 4 stars ONLY because repairs weren't completed in just a few hours, even though that really wasn't your fault. I'm sure it's not realistic for you to have every computer board for every brand of air conditioner.
