My laptop crashed right before my job started at 830 am. I went to a repair shop nearby, but they referred me to computer hospital. George helped me right away. I rely on my laptop for work, so hearing him say you should have it back by the next day was a huge relief 😮💨
I’m not a techy person, but I felt like they listened and not dismiss me by saying the wrong thing. George explained everything and I even got my laptop back the same day. He also reassured me that my laptop isn’t old. I’ve experienced problems with my laptop before and assumed that was the issue.

My computer was hacked. I called computer hospital and got a quick service appointment. that is very good. Great service. they cleaned out all the bad files reinstalled my programs.
Adam the service representative was awesome!. He was smart, courteous and very professional. He installed new programs for me and reconnected everything like the printer, fax and scanner. He also got the computer secured with the right program. I am so very happy. I highly recommend Computer Hospital. They are the best. Adam is your computer guy!
I am grateful to Computer Hospital. Incredible kind, respectful and professional attention. They checked twice my computer, offered repair options and they wait with patience to make up mi mind about repairing or not. JJ called me several times to inform me about possible repairs and answered my concerns. Finally, I asked for no repair. They didn't charge anything and, when I picked up the computer, they spent a lot of time to instruct me about possible setups for still using the computer.
