As many of the other reviewers have stated. The customer service here is horrible. We dropped off 2 different comforters and they were both damaged. In our most recent visit, my wife tried to get in touch with the manager but he is not there or hard to get on the phone. When we asked the lady at the front desk for help, she just stated there is nothing she can do. When my wife did get in touch with the manager, he mentioned it was the type of material.
We used to go here because it is in our neighborhood but now we will take our business elsewhere.

Lady at the front is super rude and shouldn’t be working with customers. Her attitude is discussing. If you ask her a question be prepared to be faced with an angry response. Services are weak and basic.

This place is a disaster, and Lisa—the woman at the front—is the reason why.
From the second I walked in, she was openly rude, dismissive, and acted like doing her job was some massive burden. She didn’t just have an attitude—she seemed genuinely angry that a paying customer had the nerve to walk through the door. When I asked a basic question about services, she gave me snide, condescending answers, then told me flat-out to “go somewhere else” if I didn’t like her behavior.
