Will never ever use this company again!!! Charging me $400 fees for something I have completed myself for years online with TurboTAx. Only reason I filed with company was so I could get a tax advance in "24 hours" where they advertised every where yes bank they completed this business with denied me.

i am extremely disappointed with this location. Brianna was great, she filed my taxes and was super friendly. However the environment was extremely ghetto. Everyone else was being loud and on their phones, one came and interrupted Briana while she was filing important information all because she wanted to see Briana's phone and some selfie a woman had posted on Facebook. Like wow, no respect. Then i came a couple of days after that to pick up my refund advance check and they had the radio full blast to Beyonce music.... i couldn't even hear myself think.. Overall i will not be coming back to this location.

Will never use or refer anyone to this establishment again! They only care about getting you to file your taxes here but afterwards get annoyed with you when you want to inquire on this pertaining to your taxes. Also the referrals they promise you , you literally have to hunt your money down and that's if you even get all of it but more than likely you won't, also a couple of the people or should I say one employee there represents the business very badly she is very rude and ghetto and certainly fits the neighborhood of where this business is located really really disappointed with this place.
