The process of hiring Clutch City Mobile to fix my in-home printer was simple. However, within 12 hours of the technician “fixing” my printer, the problem persisted. When I asked to have the technician return to troubleshoot the issue, I was told on two separate occasions that he was returning to fix the problem. Both times, no one showed up! The owner was very nonchalant about trying to rectify the situation which is extremely unprofessional after I paid full price for the service and tipped the technician 20%. When I complained, the owner said that they would give me a 50% refund AND still send the technician to fix my printer. Three weeks later, I have received no refund, no one has returned to fix my printer and my follow up message has not been answered. DON’T HIRE THEM! FIND A REPUTABLE BUSINESS. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
