DO NOT BUY a franchise from this company! CleanNet USA stole our $2,000.00 Franchise Down Payment.We went to buy a janitorial franchise from Cleaned of Houston on June 6, 2024, our down payment of $2,000.00 was put down on July 16, 2024 to make the contract finalized. After we put down the down payment we never heard back from the national director of operations (Theo D. Sierra) We spoke to Theo Sierra on the phone on July 10,2024, he stated that we will have a cleaning contract in August. Since we had over 24 years in the cleaning industry we would not have to go through the full training, after we paid the down payment we have not heard from Theo for over 3 months....read full review

this company CleanNet of Houston hired me as an independent contractor and told me they would temporarily put my check under another independent contractor while they had my contract ready. Now they don't want to pay me for the 2 months I spend cleaning the Wells Fargo banks and I've been talking about charging them and they say they can't do anything because they put everything under the other contractor. the independent contractor stole from me and doesn't want to pay me. This really is a theft on the part of this company and the independent contractor because everyone is washing their hands and they don't want to pay them for 2 months of work
