The staff was awesome, after we explained my mom medical problems, they were hands on, she is unable to wait long period of time after arrival and pj's her appointment time. Kudos for accepting constructed criticism.
Castle Dental at Kirby is where I go for all my needs. I am very pleased with the services and staff of professionals who are courteous, respectful and give due diligence to my concerns. There is ample free parking available and shopping venues nearby. I like coming here and you will too...wait time is not long, usually you're in and out in no time.
I am absolutely pleased with the in’s and out’s of being able to go get the temps fixed whenever I needed to I made it to the finish line, but I am very pleased. I understand the frustration of being told about their recommendations to other places for other services but don’t act like it’s your way or the highway. You didn’t give me an alternative option either.. I made my situation happen because listening to them I had no choice.
