Reached out Mr Carranza to design a floor plan for me. We negotiated a price and I paid a downpayment of 1750$ and the other half to be paid when a materials list has been made.

After weeks of reaching out and not receiving anything more than some basic layouts, I decided to go another direction.

We agreed that he could keep 1250$ and he would refund me 500$.

This was back in February. He claimed that he was waiting to get paid for other projects to refund me the $. After 3 months of non payment he paid me 250$ and claimed he would pay me the remainder in a couple days.

Now he just ignores my txt and calls.

Louis was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns regarding land surveys. His pricing is reasonable and I'm glad I went with them.I appreciated all the info and I'm sure I will see them again soon for other business.

Timeliness and accuracy is key!!With working at a Title Company it is extremely important to both myself and my clients that not only do I get the survey back with a quick turnaround time, but most importantly that it is detailed and accurate. Carranza Outsource Drafting never ceases to amaze me.I definitely recommend them, and will most certainly use this company again.
