Carmen is the only person that has been able to consistently give me a good hair cut, one that works with the natural waves in my hair. Always pleased with the results. I highly recommend her and she is awfully nice and always professional. She's located at 1,2,3 Salon (right around the corner from Costco, behind Boudreaux's Seafood (Willowbrook Area).
