My HP laptop froze up, nothing I tried would work. I took it to Caltech and 2 hours later it was up and running perfectly. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I was about to give up on my laptop because it ran so slowly but Richard and Aurora got it back into working shape and it has never run this well. They are very knowledgeable and their customer service is unmatched. I am beyond satisfied with my experience with them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
