The recently remodeled funeral home features a beautiful facility with a spacious chapel and comfortable areas for gathering. The staff is praised for being very professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They provide amazing care and guidance during difficult times, making things easier for families and creating a beautiful celebration of life. The Director and the staff are recognized for their kindness and support, ensuring families feel comforted. While most experiences are positive, there have been occasional mentions of less friendly service from reception staff. Overall, Brookside is highly recommended for their compassionate service and attention to detail during challenging moments.
My husband and I are so grateful to Mike and his team. Their professionalism and compassion is outstanding. I would highly recommend hosting your loved ones service and visitation at Mike's location. The building is not only beautiful but peaceful. My husband and I were set at ease while completing funeral services for my youngest brother-in-law who passed very unexpectedly at the age of 37. Mike and his team were dedicated to our family along with every question and concern. Although we did have limitations on guests restrictions due to Covid-19, Mike and his team offered live feed to allow everyone to attend virtually. The flowers were so beautiful I would highly recommend the Orchid Florist/Floreria as well! Thank you Mike and team for making Raul's service special you and your staff will forever be in our hearts!
