Never ever rent any retail space from this company, they don’t need a weapon to rob their tenants, they charge everything high and charge the tenants anything they want even their lease contract are the most ridiculous term! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER rent from them!

I rented retail office space from 2013-2019. The office flooded in 2015, 2016, and 2017, with Hurricane Harvey in 2017 doing the most damage. After each flood, Brixmor sent a team to replace the dry wall. Each year, it was a different team. Each year, they did a lousy job. After Harvey, even some of my electric outlets were hanging out of the walls. The shopping center lost its main occupant, HEB, after Harvey. Brixmor did very little to "spruce up" the lot. The company gave me no help in helping to mitigate flooding. Even my neighbor, Supercuts, gave me sandbags to try to help. My AC broke down in Oct 2018. They said it was my responsibility. Trash dumpster behind Molinas is too small, is very very old and has a horrible odor. It smells in the WHOLE neighborhood. There is almost always trash on the ground. It attracts rats, dogs, birds and other animals. It would be nice if this was cleaned up and kept clean. The dumpsters are contracted by Brixmor, not the individual stores.
Monday, July 2. All 3 dumpsters are overflowing. No pickup today. Smell is awful. Trash is now being placed on the ground. Leaf blower blew trash into the street.
