I have been going to braid expert for years and today was the worse experience with stylist Michelle who sits in the chair next to Fatu. She actually braided my hair back in April and I asked for the same style which should definitely be the same price. She charged me $210 today she tried to charge me $260. I asked why the price change she ignored me and asked the other young lady what she wanted and went on to tell me she don’t have time to make an appointment and can’t do my hair and advised to let someone else do it because she has things to do. BET...Fatu is out of the country until August I’ll be back to let her know about the situation but will find another place to take my business to.
A very clean shop. The stylist was so nice. They seem to care about each other. All smiling & helping each other. I am definitely going BACK!! I give them a 100%😁
