RECEPTIONIST IS MAKING THE DOCTOR LOSE MONEY. I didn't have my I.D. with me, the receptionist asked me if I have insurance, I told her no I am paying cash, she said we don't see patients without I.D. She made the Doctor lose money. Doctor should instruct the staff I.D. is only needed for insurance purpose. STAFF AT RECEPTION IS MAKING THE DOCTOR LOSE MONEY.
