Hello, my name is Tom - I met David one of the techs from Big Tex Comfort Air several years ago. I own a commercial building and was in a bind and called Big Tex- David arrived and in short fixed my problem immediately - He then came to my personal home and fixed those problems as well-Recently I had the privilege of meeting Bob the owner and his wife- I have owned several businesses in my lifetime - a large ATM CORP-an equally large real estate business - a large jet ski business as well a real estate development in South Texas -just to mention a few - I have had many employees in that time - I am writing to say that David, Bob and his wife are the hardest working...read full review
This company is honest with excellent service! David had my AC working again in no time, and he gave me tips to keep it running in top shape. The pricing was very reasonable, which is something we rarely see in today's world. A neighbor recommended this company to me saying they were honest and affordable. He was right.
