What's not to love? I've been attending random drop ins at Big alongside my fiancé for the last three or so years and I have to say that this is one beautiful community of yogis. Occasionally the classes are blessed with live musical accompaniment. Occasionally half of the class is Ashtanga-esque, and there's always a challenge/program to participate in. With each and every class you're sure to experience a different flow (in the best way), an unparalleled engaging instructor, words of empowerment, and lavender towels (a welcome addition to shavasana.) I love all the classes I have been to at Big Power. The new member special is a great way to experience the classes and a great value. The teachers are wonderful and it is always a positive experience.
After 10+ years not practicing, I was a bit nervous walking in. But everyone has been very friendly and informative at the early morning time slot. The space is clean and the flow has been challenging.
