I have gone to Bercutt Physical Therapy for almost a year and I am so happy with my experience! I worked primarily with Jessica and Kaitlin, and they were both extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and accommodating. They were not only able to show me what exercises/stretches would help with my issues, but they also took the time to explain the physiology behind it and identify what current habits might be causing these issues. Highly recommend!
I suffer from episodes of vertigo usually BPPV, and the subsequent balance issues. Dr. Sierra Jackson is a Vestibular Specialist at The Dizzy Spot at Bercutt Physical Therapy. She has treated me for several years, starting from when she worked at another PT clinic that closed suddenly in 2023.Sierra is a fantastic physical therapist, an experienced professional, and a lovely woman who cares about her patients. She has also treated me for other medical issues requiring traditional physical therapy. The office staff are also nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Bercutt PT.
I had inner ear nerve damage which caused my world to turn upside down from vertigo,dizziness,imbalance and vision issues. I have been fortunate enough to find Sierra at Bercutt who has provided the most understanding and knowledgeable help throughout my 6 month ordeal. She has provided a systematic recovery routine through professional care and I am truly grateful. I recommend anyone with a vestibular damage diagnosis to seek her help and guidance.
