I went for first time to this place. The attention is good. The environment is stressful. Too noisy, everybody speaking in Spanish. They wash the hair to keep you attached to the place then you have to wait minimum 30 minutes. The hairdresser attend you to get your hair cut in Max 10 minutes. No relaxing place at all.
Made an appointment the day prior and everything went smooth. The hairstylists were very nice and helpful. My stylist, Maria, did an excellent job. She consulted with me first, and gave me some ideas with her input. She made suggestions and asked before cutting. She left my hair long but made it look different, which is what I wanted. She cut my hair dry/damp which was nice to keep it long. I was very pleased with my results. I will be returning for color service soon.
Hair cuts are good, but plan on being here for at least 2 hours, they're always short on stylist and they are always stopping to answer text messages they work at their own pace, but hair cuts are pretty good. Sometimes worth the wait. Recommend to pay the $20 for appointments.
