I just got my glasses yesterday, but I'm not happy because the staff didn't understand what the customer meant. so I want to cancel my glasses, but the staff there said no, so I wasn't happy this time when I did. I hope the staff next time understand customer do anything better.

She really did break down the insurance part for me which she made it so much easier to understand and choose out the perfect frames. The team is very nice and welcoming and will make sure all your question are answered before you leave. Thank you so much Kathy and team for making an awesome experience.
