Prior to Hurricane Harvey, this place was wonderful, professional, and 5 -star worthy. I just recently came back since the pandemic. Place is remodeled, and you pay for it and attitudes. The prices vary based on service and tech, which is inconsistent and unprofessional. Had the dip removed and asked for a manicure. All was well until I refused the tech to use the drill. Imagine having to do a little work for $30 in 45 minutes, unheard of, right? Moral of the story: It is my money you are trying to make, either do it my way or I will give it to someone who will, you are a service provider and I am no longer in need of your services. I loves this place. My technician, Truyen, loved her. When I need my a manicure or pedicure asap before the store opening hours, she would go out of her way and come and fix my nails. Definitely a good southern hospitality service.

I'm VERY particular (and yes, a little picky) about my nails. It has taken me several years to find a nail technician who is exceptional in their skills. If you live near Hwy 6 North, please visit Beaty ZONE and ask for TWIN. Her work is always beautiful!
