Joe and his team did an amazing job. I had a water leak from my dishwasher, which caused water damage in my living room floor and kitchen. Jose came over and assessed the damages. He sent all the information to my insurance adjuster. Once my insurance adjuster approved my claim. Him and his team went to work. They went above and beyond. If I had any questions or concerns Jose and his team answered my questions and concerns right away. After his team restored my living room floor and kitchen, which looks AMAZING. Jose and his team went over & above on our shower remodel. I was helping to coordinate the job in Houston from Colorado, & Jose’s communication was fantastic. He’d text, call, send photos and deal with the insurance adjuster timely & could be counted on to follow up as needed. Even when the job was completed & a small issue arose, Jose & his team responded on a Friday afternoon AND made a quick trip to the hardware store to resolve the issue. Into a Friday evening! How many contractors would do that? We had a toilet overflow and Roto Rooter gave us Jose’s business card for contractor work. Jose and Berto and their crew started right away. All work was completed in 2 months. Give these guys a chance if you need work done! They are respectful men with families of their own. Berto never hesitated to answer my questions. Concerns were fixed right away and were corrected until I was satisfied. Always remember, we are all out here trying to make a living and do the best we can. If you are kind and understanding, you will receive the same in return. We have already been in touch with Berto and Edgar to get more estimates with different projects on our property.
