Extremely unprofessional. I would recommend others go elsewhere for services with an older, more experienced doctor. An absolute nightmare to deal with and I wish to save others the trouble.
I highly do not recommend. I especially do not recommend the membership…it’s a rip off in the end. Terrible customer service, all they care about it making money from the clients. And not to mention the employee turnover is crazy…that has got to tell you something. I had booked a 2pm microneedle and had my appointment canceled because I didn’t show up for my numbing at 1:30. That was not my appointment time, so why would I think to show up at that time. They miskeyed my time slot and blamed me. My appointment got canceled, I got charged, and they didn’t seem to care. One of the front desk lady’s, when I called to say I was running late due to the no parking situation, was told to park down the street a couple blocks and walk if I wanted to keep my appointment. Don’t forget you get charged if you don’t make it. I foolishly purchased the year membership (like I said waste of money), made sure my membership was not going to renew a month in advanced while I was there. Called 3 days after my “renew date” to confirm, and was told I did not fill out the proper paper work. No one told me that was the proper steps, I was told by an employee there would be a note in the system to not renew. Again, no one cares over there. The complaint list goes on, but I’ll stop here. Save your money and go somewhere else.
