Arbor True folks are the real deal and genuinely seem to care about the work they do. Austin was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated the care he showed for our environment and biodiversity. He took the time to answer all my questions and offered context. It was such a treat to work with someone of his caliber. I have been working with Brittany now for the last 3+ years. This has been through tree trimming, tree planting, tree removal, and chemical remediation for my yard. It has been a great relationship so far and I will continue to use them. I recommend them to everyone.
To detail the work I’ve had done over the past 3+ years, I’ve had my very large water oaks trimmed, 5 Texas mountain laurel trees planted, 2 hackberry trees treated for a fungus, an apple tree planted, 2 hackberry trees removed, multiple fertilized and the largest thing I had an emergency where true green sprayed a very hazardous chemical incorrectly severely damaging my trees and gardens.... read full review

Each and every Arbor True employee was excellent from the receptionist to the efficient and friendly accounts manager to Mike Brown who advised us on which trees were healthy and which were not and which ones needed fertilization.Osman Ceniceros and his fantastic crew were incredible. We had two trees taken down and the others pruned. The area was left immaculate and I couldn’t believe how precise the tree trimmer in the bucket was. Several large limbs were cut and missed our bench and stone lions by inches. Not just a coincidence but precise work. The employees were respectful and cheerful. I would recommend this company to everyone!
