Recently I was displaced by Hurricane Beryl. Juanita coordinated with an Americas Best in Austin where I was indefinitely to ensure my order of contacts was in stock and available for pick up! Thanks Juanita!
I had a very pleasant experience.. Jessica was very nice and helpful at the front desk the doctor was understanding to my eye situation ashley also was helpful. The only bad part was the tech who finshed my glasses chose to deter from my prescription after going back and forth with him about frames and me being adamant on what i needed and wanted plus doctors orders for bifocals which is not his job..my glasses still came bck wrong and i will have to wait AGAIN! Overall i had a good experience!!
Absolutely enjoyed my experience. Olga was absolutely fantastic in helping me with a year supply of contacts through my insurance. The entire process of walking in, setting up an appointment, eye exam, contact lens fitting and eye glass selection was great as well. The entire staff made you feel like a valued customer in my opinion.
