I could start this review off with my experience with bad attitudes and bad service. But it is more important to note that this location double charged me for a service and never provided me a refund. I was made to wait 2 weeks to get my money back because one of the managers was "on vacation". Only to be told that she still was not back at work on the day I was told she would return. After explaining to them that it should not be my concern whether or not an employee is on vacation or not, they then claimed to have issued me a refund.... but I never received it. It is sad because I loved my lashes. But now I have lost $60, and literally no one at this location... read full review
