Hannibal’s work is amazing. I am constantly getting stopped and asked about my tattoos. All of the staff is friendly, courteous, and respectful. I’ve enjoyed every experience I have had there. Recently a bad storm rolled through and the lights went out before we were finished. That didn’t stop him from finishing my tattoo. Here comes the head lamp and the battery operated machine. By any means necessary he was not letting me leave incomplete.
