I have used Alex in the past and he did a wonderful job. I need to get in touch with him again to fix an iPhone 13 that is not working the number I have must be an old phone number
I have been to many phone repair places yet I have never experienced the level of care and clarity that Alex provided. If you need an IPhone repair, this is your guy. I am a Samsung user so unfortunately Alex couldn't fix my phone but he tested it, provided a potential solution, and sure enough it worked! He's a great guy and worth checking out for all your IPhone needs.
Alex is very kind and professional, took the time to talk to me about the “No SIM Card” error my iPhone was having. Told me the option about switching to a built in eSIM that the new models have and advised me to go to my service provider (Verizon). That’s exactly what Verizon did and now my service is working. ??
