Finally found a place that accepts the poor man's insurance ( welfare ) & because I suffer mental illnesses & are on medications they don't like the doctor refuses to see me even though I am on the current program else where which makes no sense on why he can't continue to treat me. I was going to go with 1 star but because they at least accept welfare that deserves a star on its own since most places I have called only accepts cash or like cobra insurance!
