We had multiple bids for the replacement of our roof. This company was fair and had excellent reviews and we decided to go with them. They did an amazing job on the new roof and clean up afterwards. I would recommend this company for any roofing concerns you may have.
Time will tell as with all Roofing Projects but as for now, mark me down as impressed.
The project went well. They were easy to deal with and the price was reasonable. No surprises.
The guys working on my roof seemed professional and knew what they were doing. The best thing is that they seemed to care about my house as if its their own. They worried about my plants and pool, etc. They cleaned up every night as well. After they were done I only found 3 nails around my house. Not great, but pretty darn good.
Would I hire them again? Yep.

Advanced Roofing came out to our store in Montrose to replace our old gravel roof of 30 plus year and they did a phenomenal job. The work took less than a week, and we were impressed with the high level service they provided. I worked with Tim and Julian, and they were very transparent on condition of the roof and what repair vs replacement would look like. I chose to go with replacement, and the process was so easy. We had a hard week of rain two weeks later and no leak. I am confident if there were any problem, Advance Roofing would stand by their work!
