I was looking for a classical Pilates studio in the area and came upon this gem almost a year ago. Krista, the owner, is a very knowledgeable and experienced instructor who’s been in the Pilates business for more than 20 years. I highly recommend taking her class first if you’re new to Pilates. Lauren has been my go-to instructor for private sessions but ALL of the instructors are very knowledgeable and teach each apparatus with safety in mind. Thank you!
This year marks 6 years I have been training at 713 Pilates, with all the amazing instructors. I have been welcomed to this studio by everyone and love coming in for my workout. I know when I leave I’ll feel the benefits of the workout from the instructors! The studio offers good vibes and tranquility. I LOVE this studio. I have back problems and the professionalism of the staff here is the only reason I can walk today. They are friendly, funny, professional and knowledgeable. They are also open to suggestions and focused on the community. The studio is small and personable, really cute. I can't say enough good things about 713 Pilates.
