Me and my daughter have been coming to Toya for years! I adore the shop. I enjoy coming here. Toya is very talented, gifted, smart, professional, and genuine. The shop is ALWAYS CLEAN. She has been following Covid protocol even before we knew about about COVID. Me and my daughter hair always comes out fantastic. She always starts on time. Sometimes even before time. Toya saved my hair! I had to learn the hard way to listen to her suggestions and to keep up with my appointments but once I did - wow. My hair's health bounced back. I'm not one for salon visits, but I highly recommend Painless Braids to anyone with thinning, fragile, damaged hair. She can help you.
