They are so personable and sweet. I took my son’s rabbit to the vet and they explained everything to me so that i understood and told me i was doing a good job. ? which is a relief because i was playing it by ear. They were really good with Power, and i highly recommend them.
I really have to thank Dr. Haug and her staff. I had a Yorkshire Terrier that had an emergency situation and needed to be seen. My normal vet, Magnolia Animal Clinic, did not have an opening for more than 2 weeks and could not see her ( the receptionist said they were extremely busy because school was starting). I called several places, and no one could see her, so I took her into Emergency Pet Care in Magnolia. I was there for 3 hours and told to see my normal vet that she would need to have a toot pulled. Clear Creek could not be more amazing and accommodating. We trust them with the care of all our rescue animals, knowing they'll be treated with as much compassion and expertise as any of the staff's own pets. The staff is always patient and helpful with our needs, and Dr. Haug's wide range of skills keep our critters, big and small, healthy and happy. Highly recommend!
